Der
Text auf dem Quilt ist ein Auszug aus einem Manifest, das ich im Sommer 2021 in
einem lichten Moment des Glücks, der Zuversicht und Weitsicht verfasste. Jeden
Abend, wenn ich den Quilt von meinem Bett nehme, lese ich mir diesen Text vor
und verinnerliche ihn dadurch. Durch den Gebrauch der Decke erhält auch der
Text einen festen Ort und eine Handlung in meinem Tagesablauf und begleitet
mich am Ende jedes Tages zuversichtlich in meinen Schlaf.
“Für
eine Ruhe der Seele,
Gelassenheit und den Mut,
mein Leben selbstbestimmt
mit den Dingen + Menschen
zu füllen, die es mir
ermöglichen zu strahlen
und in meiner Kraft
zu sein und aus
innerer Überzeugung
wohlwollend, helfend,
erschaffend und bereichernd
zu agieren.”
Gelassenheit und den Mut,

The text on the quilt is an excerpt from a manifesto that I wrote in the summer of 2021 in a bright moment of happiness, confidence and foresight. Every evening when I take the quilt off my bed, I read this text to myself and internalize it. Using the quilt also gives the text a fixed place and action in my daily routine and accompanies me confidently to sleep at the end of each day.
